Who are we?

We are a cheerful couple in our 50’s.


We discovered Le Marche only a few years ago and we were awestruck by its natural beauty and tranquillity.


It had been a long search for the perfect place that had brought us here to this rural house in Strada dei Venturoli, hidden amongst the hills between Ripe and Corinaldo.

Corinaldo is situated in the hinterland of Senigallia, a small seaside town on the Adriatic, famous for its long “velvet beach”.

The first time we came here we both felt a strange sensation, like we had always been looking for this house and now we had finally found it…even if, up till this moment we hadn’t been really sure what we were looking for.

There is a lot of truth in the popular saying amongst real estate agents: “ It’s always the house that chooses its owners!” 

So we decided to continue with the restoration work previously started by a German family.

We also had to find means of moving here for as long a time as possible, even if that meant leaving our snug house in the North of Italy which had been our home for the last twenty years.

The house was simply too big for two people, so we decided to

convert a wing of the house into independent and cosy rooms suitable for visitors.

This is how we began our Bed & Breakfast business. In this way we will always have a reason to stay here, to meet new people, to share our house and the lovely places that surround us and, last but

not least, to help a bit with the expenses to maintain this little corner of paradise.
